The present General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “TOU”) become effective as of the date they are posted on the website https://satt.ma/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). They are accepted by any visitor upon choosing to use the Site and are binding from the first use of the Site by the user, for the entire duration of their use.

The Site serves as a space for presenting and providing information on the activities, projects, and services offered by Société d’Aménagement Tanger Tech (hereinafter referred to as “SA-TT”), responsible for the development, management, and promotion of the Tanger-Tech Industrial Acceleration Zone, “Mohamed VI Tangier Tech City.” The Site aims to provide services and information to visitors, partners, and other parties interested in our projects, allowing access to additional resources to facilitate understanding of our missions and values.

These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute related to the use of the Site and in the absence of an amicable resolution, only the Moroccan courts shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.

In case of a dispute, only these Terms of Use shall prevail.
